Dear Residents,We would like to inform you that unfortunately the existing boilers at Newington Estate are in need of repairs.&nbsp;The parts should be available in the next four weeks, so in the interim the council will be installing a Temporary Boiler Plant to support heating and hot water services to all our residents on the estate.This means there will some down time to residents heating &amp; hot water during the course of the day, but the heating engineers are working to get the service back up and running later today.If you have any queries or concern please don't hesitate to contact us.
